The Brief:

The informal sector is a largely untapped sector for the NSSF as over 80% of NSSF Contributors are employed formally. The agency was tasked to kraft a countrywide experiential campaign that will target this audience with the primary aim of increasing contributors from this sector.

The Solution:

A countrywide roadshow campaign spanning 35 counties in five major regions i.e. Central & Eastern, Nairobi, Western, Nyanza, Rift Valley & Coast Regions. Engaged over 5,000 NSSF customers and opened over 10,000 new accounts.
